When I got in my car, the hood latch was pulled . If I wouldn't have noticed, my hood would have opened going down road.

The majority of the time, this dealership is quick and efficient when servicing our Highlander. But his particular time, it took way too long, and the service rep, a young girl, was not very friendly. I know she was busy, but she was almost short and rude when we asked for updates. All in all, it took about 3 1/2 hours to service and check the things we mentioned.

The last Toyota dealership (not here) I went to was unbelievably sexist but I did not experience that here. I was happy with my service and the waiting time was short. The waiting area could be bigger with more space for people to work on their laptops.
