Our Sales specialist was very professional, courteous, and sweet. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested, he allowed us the time we wanted to drive this car as well as discuss any issues or concerns we might have had. I felt no pressure to buy or even give a confirmation to buy a vehicle. Joshua was kind enough to give me a crash course on the different accessories of the car as well as the multiple ways of navigating thru the controls. He was convincing when he reminded me to contact him if I have any questions about the car and how to navigate thru it. This was a very nice experience, and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a car from their lot.

Having to purchase a new vehicle was not on my radar at this time, but after a deer met my 2014 Subaru Outback causing all the airbags to deploy, I didn’t have a choice. My 2017 ‘new’ used Subaru Outback was beautifully cleaned and detailed and Mark also made sure I was comfortable with the electronic features before leaving the lot. I had been car shopping for a very long time and had even extended the lease on my previous vehicle due to COVID restrictions. I had terrible experiences at other dealerships when it came to the negotiation phase and even had a few bait and switch attempts. I checked in with Moyer Subaru on a whim, as I'd always wanted a Subaru but never settled on one. I showed up and spoke to Mark about lease and buy options on a 2021 Outback. He provided good info and within a bit I was offered a deal that I couldn't say no to. Within a few weeks my car arrived and picking it up was easy and there were no surprises in any of the paperwork and everything was exactly as we had discussed. To finally find a place willing to listen to my needs and be willing to work with me was a huge load off my back, especially after so many negative experiences elsewhere. Thank you!

Love the crosstrek. I've wanted one for years and finally got it. Perfect size I have 2 kids and it fits them all their stuff my stuff and any extras with ease. The hight off the ground is perfect for my height. Loved the service at steve moyer. Josh was my sales person. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly.
