Wonderful experience.

Very easy to setup appointment to standard maintenance

Very easy to setup appointment to standard maintenance and repair on line, they review it with their team and confirm that parts or technicians are available. They request if you are dropping off or staying at the dealership and estimated time that will be needed for the maintenance so to help you with your decision. They have always updated myself on progress or suggested both possible needed repairs, but does hesitate to tell you you don’t need this repair or maintenance. I live in Adamstown, and know other dealerships are closer, but I go where the service is the highest quality, with a operational team that is top notch!

I have been driving a Subaru since 1990 and I have been dealing with this dealership since 2000 and would never consider another dealership. They are always courteous and have always meet my needs and preferences. They know Subaru and I only deal with them for service on my vehicle.

Steve Moyer Subaru truly exemplifies outstanding customer service! After another mechanic caused significant damage to my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek XV, I turned to them for help. Even though they weren't responsible for the original issue, they went above and beyond to make things right. Ryan, Brian, and Steve took the time to understand my situation and, in an incredible act of kindness, covered the full cost of repairs. Their genuine care and commitment turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. Great people to work with from owners to all support

Great people to work with from owners to all support staff. They also wash the exterior of my car. Great snack bar well stocked.
