Butler Toyota

Great experience. My salesman worked really hard to get us the best deal for our budget and he did. I plan on buying a Tacoma in the next 24 months and will buy it from Butler Toyota.

I started the process of buying a new car from Butler Toyota by filling out the online credit application the night before my visit to the dealership. I found the car I wanted by looking at the rather large selection of models that Butler had for sale on their website. Imagine shopping for a car from the comfort of your home! Jason called me the next day and said that my credit application had been approved and asked when I wanted to come in an look at the car I had selected. I went in a little later and confirmed the car was what I wanted and Jason had already started the paperwork. I walked out a little over an hour later after signing all the paperwork and promising I would return later in the day with my wife so she could also sign it. We returned later in the day and my wife completed the paperwork with her signatures and we left the dealership with less than 30 minutes total time invested by my wife and less than 2 hours total time by me. The car and been prepped (it was spotless), the gas tank was full and Jason had spent some time going over all the features of the car with me before we left. This was without a doubt the best car-buying experience we have ever had and we have bought quite a few cars over the years. We both would highly recommend Butler Toyota, and Jason Stewart in particular, for anyone looking to buy a new car.

To Whom it may concern, from the time my wife and myself walked in the dealership door we were extremely please with the courteous and professional service by Mr. Danny Gillian. Danny went beyond the call of duty helping us decide which would be the best car for our 16 year old daughter. It was raining the day we came to Butler Toyota, Danny didn't hesitate to retrieve the cars we were interested in and bring it back to the front of the dealership so we wouldn't get wet. Safety and the price of the vehicle was our two main concerns and Danny explained in detail the different attributes each car had and the price of different models. I was greeted by James Dooly at the front door and he ask what I was interested in buying . He showed me everything that was on the lot that fit my desire. We finally came up on a new used vehicle and it was exactly what I wanted. We didn't haggle over price and the entire experience was a pleasure. He went out of his way to explain all the options available on the car, and, most importantly.... he knew I would be overwhelmed and he told me that I could call him or come by to see him and he would go over everything again.... so he made me feel comfortable and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. Please commend him on his professionalism and kindness. With the customer service I received and the car I bought.....what else can I say other than I LOVE MY TOYOTA !!~!!!!
