Great!

My Highlander is the fifth automobile I have bought from this dealership. Troy has been my sales person at least three times. The people are very courteous and the service has always been wonderful. Troy is magnificent, courteous, and knowledgeable in his area of expertise.

Virginia and Susan are the BOMB.COM

After dreading the actual event of dealing with used car sales people for months, I could wait no longer to make my purchase. My daughter-in-law bought her car from Butler Lexus next door and had nothing but great things to say about them. She gave the receptionist a heads up that I wouldn't tolerate a pushy salesperson upon our arrival. Virginia was the answer to ALL my concerns about just walking on a car lot. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. Her goal seemed simple: to help me find MY car at a price I could afford. She stated repeatedly she wanted me to have a car I would love, not just on the day or week of purchase but every day that I drive it. She took time to look through the database to find cars that fit my requirements and wasn't pushy and didn't try to sway me away from my desires or price point. She was extremely personable and professional. When I had questions about servicing my "new" car, Susan answered all of them at a level I could understand without talking down to me. I would happily give Butler Toyota all fives in the ratings but realistically, nothing is perfect and while my price was awesome who wouldn't take a better deal if one is available. The purchase price was great. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Macon Butler dealership and Virginia earned my future car purchasing business and Susan earned my service department business. Had I known my experience would have bee this great, I would have made my purchase MONTHS ago!

First Purchase Experience

We were assisting our daughter in the purchase of a car. This was her first experience in the buying process. Overall, it was a good experience but, she felt overwhelmed when the salesperson started talking too fast.

Comfortable setting

It did not hurt that I did a rather lengthy search on the web several weeks before deciding. I knew what I wanted. I knew that Butler Toyota had it and I was ready financially. I emailed Sunday night and had a response early Monday morning. Since the dealer ship is about 56 miles from home I knew that I would not know anyone there, however I found the sales person who answered was from my town and comuted daily. She was able to give me the quickest way and I decided to go. There was no pressure. It was a comfortable enviroment. Needless to say I am happy with my purchase. I can't leave without saying if it had not been for kindness of the personnel at Toyota in Dansville, Va in 2010 I may have not considered Toyota since it is so far from home. It was because of their support after my 2006 Honda Civic broke down for the 2nd time while on a trip. They helped turn a terrible situation into a pleasant time for my family with a great deal on a new Corolla. By the way I will be giving my grandson the Corolla as a graduation gift. He will have the opportunity to know the Toyota quality first hand early in life. Please give Butler Toyota and Dansville's Toyota a big bonus!!!

Nightmare

After coming to an agreement I was told that they could not get the agreed upon interest rate which changed the whole deal. The dealership offered nothing in return for this mistake. Took them almost 2 weeks to get me a spare key. Every time I have been told to go to the dealership I have been I told that I would have to come back the following day, so I have made many trips back and forth. Overall the worst experience ever.

New Tires

Bought new tires and had them installed. The ride is better than when it was new. I will definitely return to this dealership in the future.
