Ms. April is awesome , I always come to her for service ! She is an excellent person to work with and always willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction! Also The shuttle driver Ms.Shaun she is always nice always give me good advice on life I love her so much and we have grown a closer bond since I’ve been getting service at this dealership! Will continue coming here for this expectional service !

Butler Toyota had the vehicle we were looking for.

Butler Toyota had the vehicle we were looking for. Our salesman was Troy Stephens Sr. and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. He had everything ready from our test drive to questions, paperwork, and financing. Everything was done smoothly and timely and at a nice price. I would buy here again and would highly recommend Mr. Stephens Sr. I researched car models, the new technology, and the current buying process as it's been over ten years since I bought my last car, a Suzuki. Butler Toyota fit the mold and Mr. Stephens' organizing skills satisfied both my business and military appreciation for good preparation and execution of plans. Thanks!

What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care for customer satisfaction. I felt valued and appreciated throughout the entire process. I went in for my first service and was told it was done.

I went in for my first service and was told it was done. Now they keep calling me to tell me that I need to come in for my first service. I have a full warranty and I need to talk to my Rep that I saw on July 1. They also tell me they cannot find my Rep (whose card I lost) but On July 1 they could search that by my phone number. The operator lied and told me the system has been down two weeks but it was NOT DOWN WHEN I WAS THERE JULY 1. She would not listen to me. I need to talk to my Rep. Why is she lying. Why are they calling me to schedule the service I have already had.
