Butler Toyota is great for car service. I called made an appointment for the next day. When I made the appointment I was given the name of a service representative so there was no question as to who I needed to speak to. And, there were plenty of time slots available for an oil change. Once I arrived, I met my appointed service person. He gave me a service quote and he asked me if I was going to wait on or leave my car. His name was Shawn. He was very nice and professional. I waited for my car. It took about an hour. They have a snack bar, a TV, and plenty of room to stretch out. Overall I didn't mind waiting on my car. And, the final cost was lower than the original quote. Perfect. Thank you Butler Toyota.

Was clean and welcoming. Salesman was awesome, and not bad to look at. ☺️. Would have been nice to have been given options of cars tho

We purchased our 2025 Toyota Camry se last month. Zander sold us this one. He is great at his job and is very patient as well as fun to talk to. Also Shawn is a wonder service advisor. Furthermore wade at the detailing department does a great job. This is our 4th Toyota purchase and the first from this dealership. We will only buy from this dealership as long as we live in this area.
