Steve made our experience easy to deal with. Our van had some transmission issues. My warranty covered $2.5K in repairs and I had to pay for the rest. Steve kept us updated (via text and phone call) which was great for transparency. He was very polite and went to bat for us with confirming with Alpha Warranty Service what was and wasn't covered for repairs. Just a all around stand up guy! This is the kind talent you guys need to keep around! Communication and honesty is the key. Steve definitely provided us great service!

I was very upset with Ken Garff in West Valley in which I recently purchased my pre-certified car. They avoided making me an appt. Stephen in Sales took me in before my scheduled appt. Listened to all my concerns and issues. I was offered a rental car allowing me to get where I needed to be. Text msg's were prompt and my car was done in a couple of days and agreed and a full explanation was went over with me on the phone. He was off the day of pick up but a msg was relayed to Shawn and everything worked out great. Very smooth transition with rental car and return. My car was very clean and no more scary noises.
