My tire pressure sensor was broken when I took my car in to get new tires. Sean looked at the part and realized it was a part that they did not carry, so on his way home from work he went and picked it up from another Store. I am super satisfied with the customer service I received!

Great and quick service
I was assisted before I got to the door. Brad was very helpful with finding the car we were interested in and giving us useful information in order to make our decision. Buying a car can be very time consuming and chaotic especially with a 1 year old tagging along. but Brad was very quick and professional with the process. He did not make us sit there all day waiting for our financing approval and had us come back the following day to sign. I dread going to buy a car because of how much waiting and sitting is involved but that was not my experience this time around. Probably the best car buying experience I have had.

Simple and professional

Quick, efficient, friendly, helpful and precise.
I was met at the drive-in quickly, the tech called over Larry Larsen, whom I have worked with on prior visits. Larry wasted no time getting info from me, he told me what they would check out and i was shortly thereafter being driven home by a very friendly driver in the customer van. A few hours later, later Larry called for further clarification on what my problem was since the mechanic couldn't find a problem. He said the mechanic would check a few more things. An hour later, Larry called and said everything was OK, the A/C leak didn't seem to actually be a leak and he would apply a coupon so that I just had to pay the minimum for the A/C being 'checked over'. I am always satisfied with Larry Larsen and his service expertise.... years ago taking your car to a dealer for service used to involve at least one argument. It has improved to the point of being a pleasurable experience and I feel confident that Larry Larsen and the mechanic are correct in their conclusion.
