Too overpriced

Inquired about a car, apart from car price was told $895/- dealer processing Charge. Cheap practices to charge more to customers.

HORRIBLE!! Experience

This dealership require a complete process and management OVERHAUL!! The sales manager asked me for money before negotiating a price for the vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that I needed have money down before determining whether I qualified to purchase a vehicle. I was told that I would be required to put down money before any process would begin. After driving over an hour to the location, I asked the manager to at least give me the courtesy to run my information before placing judgement on my financial position. After almost an half hour waiting for an available computer, it was determined that I qualified for the vehicle with NO money down, to include tax and tags and a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. I informed the sales manager that this was not the vehicle for me and proceeded to my vehicle and left the dealership. The finance manager called me a few days later to explain why I was treated so poorly. In a nutshell, he told me that 50% of their patrons fall into the bad credit, slow payment category. They tend to treat all who come to their lot the same and I "strangely" did not fall into that category. WOW!! No apology ... Only justification. I told the finance manager that this should serve as a "lesson learned" situation. If you treat all of your patrons with respect, you would not have lost a $35,000 Sale from me ...

No pressure dealership

Easy, no pressure sales staff. I test drove 3 vehicles and my sales rep Farhan was very helpful as I considered each one. Recommended.

Bad service

Terrible service I was told to come out to dealer to get the deal done when I arrived the price of the car jumped from the price online. They were not willing to negotiate price I walked away with my cash money they turned me away just for a few dollars. So I took my check and went to a professional dealer.

i love this place

I have really bad credit and had been turned down every were I went. They promised me on the phone that all I needed was proof of income and residence. Besides that I only had 2000 dollars down payment. I cant believe I'm now driving a Mercedes. I want to say thanks to Stephon Langston Bola Jason and financing director John Henry you made my dream possible. Amanda Goodman

Mercedes Benz GL450

I usually don't write any reviews, but I'll for this dealership. They were very friendly and professional. My salesperson Stephon was very courteous and helpful. He patiently helped us with the sale process and was not aggressive in his sale technique. We really appreciate that. We want to say Thank You to another salesperson, Bola. He spent a very long time explaining all the features of my car to me. It was not even his sale. He was extremly knowledgable and polite. They work as a team to ensure the customer is well taken care of.

!!BEST OF THE BEST!!!

I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning from upstate NY expecting to pickup my used S550 sport sedan that I had previously contracted to buy. The car was ready but it was a S550 luxury sedan, my mistake. Walter calmly said that it was no problem and helped me find, from their big inventory, a S550 sport sedan that I wanted. While the car was being prepared, Langston diligently went over the car's features and I was able to catch the auto train in Lorton, Va. for Florida. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rude...

Poor. Rude GMs. Wouldn't recommend going here. Felt I was being tugged around. Poor service, rude people. Booooo all the way!

Please do NOT go here. As the other reviews that are further down attest this is a completely unprofessional location. I worked with Salesman Nate Williams who when we set up an appointment of 07/05/2013 on 07/01/2013 he stated the car I was interested in was there. Now 07/05/2013 comes around and I text nate can we meet at 10:30 am and stated yes that would be fine. There was some traffic on I95 south so I got there late at 10:45 and Nate then texts stating that he is about 20 to 30 minutes out. I thought that was understandable due to traffic but then at 11:10 he calls and states that he is not even in the area and will take around another 20 minutes to get there thus making him a FULL hour late. At that point I ask for another salesman to help, who is in a t shirt and jean shorts. At that point he tells me the car I was interested in was sold on 07/03/2013. Now there were at least two opportunities for Nate to let me know that the car I was interested in was sold on 07/03/2013 AND on the morning of 07/05/13 when he was driving in. This had me floored so I said thanks but no thanks and for them to tell Nate to get it together instead of making a customer wait for an hour. At that point hearing my raised voice the manager came out, and I could see where the whole unprofessional atmosphere came from. The man was in a stained red T-shirt, gym shorts, and was wearing sunglasses inside. He didnt remove them when talking to me AND stated that he had the purchase order proving the car was sold before I got there. How does this make a sale? He should of said, "I am sorry sir but this car sold we have these options that are comparable could these work?", Instead he left me outside of the office while it took him a full 5 minutes to find the purchase order. At that point I had already got into my car and left. Completely unprofessional and gross environment DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
