Ricky is an asset to that dealership. That guy should teach sales professionals how to build relationships with customers. He was phenomenal ! The finance manager that I dealt with and the big boss in a clean cut suit treated me very well.

Best Ford dealer around for honest service. I always deal with Steve Wollak in the service department and he is honest and always lets us know what we are looking at cost wise and value wise. What more can you ask for? Great dealership for a a service standpoint and I will be looking at their sales team when it’s time to upgrade.

Ford of Piotr Richey has an amazing sales team and staff headed by their excellent General Manager. You are made to feel like a part of the family. We are pleased with the great deal we received on our used car. We have also purchased new cars from them. There is no other place we go to buy our vehicles.

Came in to get the AC fixed in my truck and also the driver side visor fixed Steve did a great job communicating with me what’s going to be done and getting the job done in great time

I come to Ford of Port Richey every 1-2 months and it’s always a pleasant experience. John was my service rep and he’s awesome! I talk with him every time I’m there and he’s consistently great at his job. The few times that things have gone wrong, the dealership/John have gone above and beyond to fix the issue. Other names that I would like to mention that have always been great are Eric the parts manager, and Anthony the sales guy. Both great people!

Never had oil changed at dealership before. Felt confident about quality product. Good price. Took just under an hour with appointment, but I expected that. This is not Jiffy Lube.
