The service was terrific! HOWEVER, I received today an e-mail from Ford today telling me that it was noticed that my tire tread was such that it should be rechecked. . Please note at the time I brought the car in, I had less than 8000 miles on the odometer. This seems highly unlikely that I had that much wear on less than 8000 miles. What happened?

Top notch

Excellent service, even with a recall on my car, an oil change and tire rotation I was done extremely quick!! Very friendly and affordable. Thank you!!

i was very upset with the service

they said would work with us and when I brought my wife in too do a credit app they shoved us out the door and would not help us and hurt are credit by 10 points

Great service

Service adviser was very knowledgeable about my vegicle and my warranties, was able to give me an accurate time for long line the repair would take, and kept me informed on the status of the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend this service department

Too notch

Top notch service once again at Ford of Port Richey, we have been going here for years for service on our vehicles. Was out quicker than expected!! Nice waiting area, with doughnuts, 🍿popcorn, 📺 tv, ?? coffee, hot chocolate, comfortable seating 💺, clean bathrooms.

Great customer service

Service Department was above any expectations I have been associated with.Frank Johnson is with out a doubt the best service technician I’ve worked with.Went above and beyond my expectation.Charles mechanical abilities were way beyond my experiences that I have had at other dealers.Please let them know that I will be back and that’s a promise,again thanks so much.

Terrible

All 3 visits I had an appointment setup with Steve the service manager. 1st visit they changed wrong sensor. My fault I didn't verify before agreeing. 2nd visit Steve recommended a diagnostic. Didn't figure anything out also still didn't replace sensor. 3rd visit they parked my van for 3 days while saying they where doing diagnostics. Checked my camera no work done. Finally after no work done and still no idea when it would be finished I told him to forget it and I came and picked my van back up. This is my service vehicle that I use to run my business. Steve should have called me to reschedule not just park my van while I scramble to reschedule all my work. Very unhappy!
