Had a problem with my brake ,called and Lee got me in and repaired. It took longer to get the right part, then it did to put it on.I would recommend this Ford dealer on it great service along with Lee and Don .Don is the first person you meet when you pull up to service and he makes to feel welcome. A real nice and friendly guy.

Our salesman Norman Alfonso could not have been more helpful in our buying experience. We told him what we were looking for in a new F 150 pickup and he searched around for something to look at. He showed us several on the lot to see which colors we preferred. The shadow black one was off site at another dealer but was sold before we bought it but with Norman's hard work and perserverence, he located a magnetic gray truck for us that we fell in love with...kudos, Norman. And the finance guy Paul S. was wonderful, he explained different ways we could go with the financing and advised us on the best option for us. We were able to revisit Lee Oztolaze who we had met of several maintaince visits to Port Richey Ford. The whole experience of buying a new vehicle doesn't have to be nerve wracking or scarey...with the right folks involved. Thanks to the wonderful crew that we dealt with, we are now happily driving a new 2017 Ford f 150...kudos to all.
