We purchased this car from the internet sales department. Patrick Connole emailed me to schedule an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived he greeted us and was very friendly. He brought the car around to show us and spent considerable time going over the features of which there were many. His knowledge of the car was beyond what most sales people have. This made us very comfortable purchasing this car. Lisa Stanton was extremely helpful smoothing out many of the bumps associated with car buying. Jack Duffife delivered the vehicle as Patrick was not available. Jack did a great job with the paperwork and getting the car detailed and fueled up. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make this a “GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE”

Toni is the best. Everytime I call to make a appointment to have service done or a mechanical concern. Toni always makes everything easy. Always explains in detail what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. I will not use anyone else.

My father bought a 2017 Ford F150 from Mike Black last month. I told him I was ready to buy a used truck and after looking at what was out there and doing the math, we determined I could probably get into a 2017 new truck as well, taking advantage of ford incentives. We went and talked with Mike. Mike located the exact truck I was looking for, with all the options i wanted, and had it transferred to their dealership. He gave me a nice loaner until my truck arrived, and then he let me test drive it for 3 days. Mike was a complete professional, took care of everything, communicated between me and the Ford mgmt and finance team, helped me transfer my belongings, plates, everything. You name it, Mike did it. And he followed up via text messages through the whole process, making sure I was satisfied. I've had the truck for over a week now, and he's texted me twice to make sure i'm happy and still satisfied. If you're looking for a true sales person with a down to earth, throw-back style, Mike is your guy. You will not be disappointed. . The whole crew was great there, even Omar from Finance, normally finance guys are no fun, Omar was cut n dry, and funny.

I bought a Ford F150 SXT from them recently. Dealership was clean. Lots of product on the lot. They were having a sale and celebrating veterans' day with free hotdogs, burgers and drinks. I ran into a sales guy named Mike Black who helped me look through various models. I had two cars to trade in, and he helped me work with mgmt and finance to get the #'s where I needed them to be. He took car of everything, paperwork, Ford Sync logins, how to use my infotainment, etc. He was very orderly and had all my paperwork together. The whole process was quick, painless, and I felt like Mike wasn't even trying to sell me anything. He has a good attitude, not like pesky salesmen. The staff was very friendly and knowlegable. They made the processs as quickly as possible. From the salesman and the fianing process is quick.
