I purchased a used 2003 Cherokee back in August, I have had nothing but problems from the beginning, after being assured that the car was very good condition i have had to take to my mechanic 3 times since and have spent an additional $3500.00 on repairs that should have been done before they sold the car.

BUYER BEWARE. They live up to the stereotypical used car salesman reputation. Do not listen to the lies. They'll make you believe that they're honest and they stand by they're used vehicles but they don't. They'll say one thing and than say they never said it. First they left off $189 from the bill for supposedly undercoating that we were led to believe was included, so we paid that out of pocket. They'll assure you that any problems within 30 days to bring the car back and they'll make it right. Well less than a week after having the jeep, there was water pouring in from the windshield and the sunroof along with a burning smell from the car. We called they gave us a hard time but took the car in and made the repairs to the leaks and replaced the caliper on the brakes that was causing the smell. While my husband was there showing them how wet the leather seats were he slid his hand over the seat to show how wet it was and got his fingers sliced open by a razor blade that was left in the car right in front of them. Thank God it wasn't my children that found it. Now less than 30 days after having the jeep as we were driving the spare tire from under the car came flying off while driving on the road. Luckily no one got hurt and it didn't cause an accident. They've lost my business and respect. Please be careful if you decide to go there

If you are looking for used Jeep, large inventory. Can find a deal, but strange buying process. Most of the cars are not road ready, and if you like the car, negotiate a price, then they fix and get road ready. Takes 7 to 10 days, and you are leaving a deposit without ever having driven the car.

This was with out question one of the best car buying experiences ever these guys are great and would come back again for another vehicle.

So far so good. We love the jeep we picked. Tucker helped us every step of the way. Very smooth process. Hopefully we'll have no problems with the jeep.
