Not one of three vehicles in their inventory that I was interested were available. Long time gone!!! They promised to call me back, didn’t took place. Unreliable place!

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience.

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Some salespeople can be overly aggressive, which makes the process even more difficult. Even purchasing a used car can feel nerve-racking, as pushy sales tactics are common in both situations. My daughter has always dreamed of owning a Jeep, so we decided to make that dream a reality as part of her birthday and graduation gift—something practical for her to commute to college. We visited several dealerships during our search, including Auto Expo, which we returned to at least three times. Each time, the staff was polite, helpful, and—most importantly—never pushy. They took the time to explain what to look for in a Jeep and which model years to avoid. Sometimes, you just know when you’ve found the right one. We spoke with Don, who offered us a very fair price right away—something I appreciated after having done plenty of comparison shopping. He guided us through the financing process and helped us secure a warranty, making everything smooth and stress-free. Don came across as genuinely trustworthy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Auto Expo to anyone looking for a car

I have tried to edit this review many times in order to save someone the headaches that I have had to endure because of this dealership but I have hit the character limit so I'm starting over. You think that there is a limit to the level of sleazy and shady things a dealer can do. Think again! You think there is a minimum amount of human decency from a business that has been in business as long as they have. Think again! Me and my wife purchased a vehicle in April 2023 because she was pregnant and we needed a second car. We now no longer have the vehicle because is was totalled out because of water leaks that this dealership refused to acknowledge and fix. Such a rippff. We also owe over $3k in repairs along with over $2k in purchases made toward a vehicle that we no longer have. When the owner, Dom, just smiles when you tell him the issues that you are having, you know you got screwed. Dom you are the lowest human being I have met in a very very long time and you should be ashamed of what you do to people. You truly disgust me in every way. Please stay away from this dealership. I will not buy a Jeep/Dodge/Ram product because of this dealership. Any company that allows a dealership like this to exist, doesn't deserve my business. I'm sorry to everyone who has purchased a vehicle from this dealership. THIS IS YOUR WARNING!

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Bought a used grand Cherokee. Very helpful when it comes to finding a car for your budget. Great people, very friendly. Would recommend 100%.

This place is amazing!

This place is amazing! They didn’t have the Jeep I saw online, but they have an arsenal of Jeeps each one better than the next. Went there for a Jeep (WJ) Limited, drove home with a (WJ) Overland! Rarest of the rare. Highly recommend, staff are straight shooters and very accommodating. Excellent service!

I’d give Auto Expo of Huntington a negative zero if I

I’d give Auto Expo of Huntington a negative zero if I could. They don’t respond after numerous inquiries, and if you search the reviews I’m not alone. They probably don’t even have the vehicle you want, and aren’t decent enough to maintain their website. And that would be the best of it. Shop somewhere else!

Their inventory is not updated on cars.

Their inventory is not updated on cars.com so the Jeep I went there for was not available. I specifically wanted a car with low mileage and at an affordable price, which is what I found on cars.com. I was guaranteed that whatever vehicle I received from them would be in good condition and will last for years to come. Frank showed me a couple of vehicles in my price range. I settled on one and paid cash for it. When I came for the test drive, I noticed something didn’t work and Frank got on it right away. I know Jeeps have a bad rep so I’m a little hesitant but Frank and Don did a lot to reassure me I’ll be good. Given the reassurances I received from what feels like honest dealers, I’m hopeful that I’ll be happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a Jeep, I highly recommend going to Auto Expo.

I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago.

I bought a 2000 wrangler from Auto Expo 2 weeks ago. Had very minor issues with interior lights draining the battery but just removed the lights, it's an old jeep, who need interior lights anyway. I brought it to my mechanic today because on the dash the break light stays on. He looked at everything and said that brakes, calipers are new and the engine, "is so clean for a 2000 tj". He was impressed with my buy. I love my Jeep, Don was great and all the staff were wonderful. This place is different from anywhere else you will go, you can't test drive, you buy just by looking at the vehicle and then you pay an extra $400 for them to get it in tip top shape. They did and my TJ is awesome, thank you to Don and staff!
