Tire replacement

Michelle was outstanding! I came in thinking I had a slow leak in a tire. Michelle was great keeping me informed and showing me the uneven wear on both rear tires. Found reasonable prices replacements and got them installed promptly. Very satisfied!

Excellent customer service

I appreciate the EXCELLENT 5 star customer service. Mirna was my service advisor- she was personable, knowledgeable and kept me informed while I waited. Your facility is also very clean.

I went in for an oil change. But what made me give them 5 stars was Heidi Winter. That was the best customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. And she is the person I will always contact for any future service at ford.

Quick Lane for 30,000 services

My experience with Quick Lane was great. Mirna does an excellent job of scheduling me for service and keeping me informed. She has great people skills and is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Mirna is a great asset to the Rodeo Ford service department.

Overall service was good

Overall good customer service, my service took a bit longer than planed but they covered my tire rotation to help cover the long wait which was nice.

Solid performer

I've been with this dealership exclusively for purchasing and maintaining my vehicles since it was built in 2004...back when it was a Penske-owned facility. It has undergone a lot of changes over the years, but has been a hassle-free auto dealership and I've had no problems with the employees or service. Since it came under Earnhardt's banner some years ago--and especially with the construction of its neighboring QuickLane building--its business model stabilized and continues to be a good dealership for the consumer in my estimation. Not to say it's perfect--no dealership is--but it's among the better Ford dealerships I've encountered thus far in the West Valley.
