Leasing a new car

Dashboard electrical mal function, shutdown.
Return trip because of a dashboard electrical malfunction...program update done. Shutdown during highway speed, service team very concerned about fixing the problem, they were sincere about it. I am hoping the program update fixes the problem. Thank you Tom P.

Long wait, no apology
When I got there I pulled up to an empty bay. I thought, "yay, I won't have to wait long." Nobody came out to my car, which was unusual, then I waited over 45 minutes in the lounge for a standard oil change. When I commented on how long I had been waiting, all I got was a shrug and a smile.
