Leasing a new car

My husband and I went there to just look. Well we happily left the next day with a beautiful 2014 Terrain. Brian Hurst and Peter the financial officer worked very hard to make it work for us. Kudos guys!!!! Cheryl and Kevin McSorley

Dashboard electrical mal function, shutdown.

Return trip because of a dashboard electrical malfunction...program update done. Shutdown during highway speed, service team very concerned about fixing the problem, they were sincere about it. I am hoping the program update fixes the problem. Thank you Tom P.

Long wait, no apology

When I got there I pulled up to an empty bay. I thought, "yay, I won't have to wait long." Nobody came out to my car, which was unusual, then I waited over 45 minutes in the lounge for a standard oil change. When I commented on how long I had been waiting, all I got was a shrug and a smile.
