Amazing Service

Great Service, honest people. Best Dealsership I ve dealt with. Service people are amazing. I was there for a repair recommended by another dealership. After inspection, it turned out to be an upsale from the other dealership

Went in for and inspection sticker quick and great service Phi Phi Hoang took care of me when you go in make sure you ask for him he will take care of you and give you great customer service

Great Service!

Great service! Phi Phi was very helpful. There was a slight delay in fixing my car due to a tire being out of stock and Phi Phi called several times to keep me updated on the progress and when the car would be ready!

They Make it EASY!! Oil Change++

Always a great experience with Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I had an oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker update all while waiting in their customer lounge getting caught up on email!

I have been leasing with Kelly Nissan of Woburn for the last five years, and I have nothing but great things to say about everybody that works there. Jesus in service is excellent and very knowledgeable, London in finance is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Joe from sales even remembered me years later! Always great service and amazing atmosphere!

Do not go their

Horrible experience was lied to giving the wrong information and treated with such disrespect from the service manager. The only positive was Jesus who was professional but I was told I needed a rear sensor and compressor which they already fixed the rear sensor by them in the past and was told if it’s the same issue with the sensor that item I would not have to pay for. Then they gave me the quote which included the rear sensor. I stated I was told if it’s the same sensor that I would not have to pay for that part. They then stated it’s not their problem that their representative gave me the wrong information and that I would be charged! Thankfully i went to Nissan in Lynnfield and found out they lied about the repairs needed and I didn’t need any work done! They almost stole $2200. For a repair that wasn’t needed. Absolutely disgraceful.

Best dealership

I really love it at Kelly Nissan. I bought my car from there and everytime I go there for maintenance for my car I’m completely satisfied. Everyone does a great job but Phi Phi is the best HANDS DOWN. I always book my appointments with him!
