My Service Advisor at Porsche of Naples was excellent. She reminded me that service was due, informed me of the components of the service to be provided, and that there were two Recalls to be attended to in addition to the scheduled maintenance. Also, she arranged for a loaner vehicle due to the overnight requirements of the service. Further, when I picked up my vehicle after the service was completed, she explained the timing and detail of the next service to be performed in 2026.
