I sustained a tire puncture and needed a tire to be
I sustained a tire puncture and needed a tire to be replaced. The service writer Victoria was very helpful and kept me informed. After spending almost $700 for a tire replacement I left the dealership with the incorrect tire I left the dealership with incorrect tire pressure in the tire they just replaced, and no cap on the valve stem. Disappointing from a high-quality dealership.
