Terrible Experience

Terrible experience. I just bought a 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe. After I purchased the vehicle, I noticed the front bumper was being held up by two zip ties. In order for the zip ties to attach to the bumper, there were two small holes screwed into the quarter panel. When I addressed this with the salesman, he said he’d “see what he could do” and would get back to me. Only after I pressed the issue, talked about a refund and explained to them they sold me an unsafe vehicle without telling me about it they agreed to fix the bumper which they did. The salesman also told me the quart panel would be replaced but was just patched up. At the same time, I noticed my factory stereo had a short in it and would cut out. I was told by Integrity to take the stereo to Precision Audio to have it fixed. When Integrity was told the stereo was fried by Precision Audio and needed to be replaced, they backtracked and said they’ve already spent too much money on the bumper and “might” be able to pay half for the stereo. I finally gave up and paid for the stereo as Precision Audio was also led to believe the stereo would be paid for and had already installed it in my vehicle. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again and would encourage buyers to go elsewhere!

Great support

Bought a used Explorer SportTrac. Finance folks helped get through the hoops of trading in a leased Ford vehicle. Not easy, but got it done with their help. After the sale, there was a minor transmission fluid leak issue. When I called Integrity back they gave me the number of their repair folks and the issue was immediately resolved at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone and I will definitely give them a call when I'm shopping for my next car.

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Potter

Most efficient, friendly, caring, kind, understanding sales staff we've ever encountered! Especially Steve who recently helped us purchase a car! Steve drove the car we were trading in, made the offer, checked with Pat, done deal. Signed maybe 8-10 papers, the finance guy was also very helpful! From start to finish the purchase took 1 1/2 hours! Best car buying experience we've ever had. Thank you guys

Horrible Integrity!!

Sent: 3/31/2017 9:37:00 PM To: "Steve Ball" Subject: RE:Your Vehicle Request I purchased a van from Subaru after you didn't have the van available for me to look at after we drove 3 hours and the other vehicle we were interested in was low on coolant and high on oil. And the Tahoe we looked at had rust......so definitely remove me from your list. Thanks His reply: No problem, I was able to get the van you drove over for, but that wasn't good enough for you. The vehicle was not low on coolant nor a problem with the oil, it just had an oil change and all the fluids topped off. Some people just look for problems which is easy to do on any used car. Even New cars have issues that's why they come with a warranty. I don't believe you had any intention of buying the Dodge in the first place or you would have waited until it got back. Thanks for shopping with us, have a great weekend. Steve **I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF BUYING THAT VANIGHT IT HAD EVERYTHING I WANTED I SEARCHED FOR WEEKS AND THIS WAS THE FIRST ONE I WANTED TO GO SEE. SO WE DROVE 3 HOURS TO LOOK AT IT. THE VAN WASN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY HAD IT LEASED OUT AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY TO LOOK AT. SO THEN I START LOOKING AT THE DURANGO AND MY HUSBAND POPPED THE HOOD. HE IS A RADIATOR SPECIALIST AND HE SAID IT WAS LOW ON COOLANT AND HAD WAY TOO MUCH OIL. SO AFTER THAT WE LOOKED AT A TAHOE FULL OF RUST UNDERNEATH. SO MY HUSBAND WENT IN TO TELL THEM TO JUST GIVE US A CALL OF THE VAN MAKES IT BACK AND HE HEARD HIM ON THE PHONE SAYING THE REAR AIR DIDN'T WORK AFTER THAT I TOLD MY HUSBAND LET'S JUST GO AND THE SALESMAN STEVE PROCEEDED TO YELL AT MY HUSBAND WHEN MY HUSBAND BROUGHT UP ALL THE THINGS THAT WE BAD FOUND WRONG. THEN HE TREATS ME LIKE THAT OVER A EMAIL! THAT'S REAL GREAT INTEGRITY. ALSO I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE IT TAKES A LOT TO GET ME UPSET BUT THIS WAS JUST RIDICILOUS!!

Car buyer

I bought a vehicle from Integrity Auto (on east Kellogg) a few weeks ago. The entire staff, including Scott, was very nice, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a car!

Great SUV at great prices!!

I have purchased two SUV's from Integrity. Both vehicles were clean and priced well below other auto dealerships. A pleasure doing business with these folks.

Poor Customer Communication

Dealer did not return e-mail or phone call after they were contacted on a vehicle listed for sale. Very poor Customer relations. After I called them after waiting for a few days, they said they would call me back but never did.

EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

Staff was very courteous and professional. Overall buying experience was pleasant. We shopped around quite a bit and felt confident that Integrity Auto Group was the place to buy our used vehicle. Very happy with our purchase. Would shop there again and recommend our friends!!

Excellent car buying experience!!

We had an outstanding car buying experience with Intergrity Auto Group. Infact, I have been on their lots a few times thru the years and am not the least bit suprised that Integrity's success has led them to their new, gorgeous facility at Kellog/143rd . Our sales associate, Gene, was a pleasure to work with. He was informative and relaxed throughout the whole process. He showed us only vehicles that were in our budget range and never even came close to approaching pushy. After we chose the vehicle, Gene let us know of a couple of "extremely minor" hail dents that he knew existed and we didn t even notice. I appreciated the forthcoming demeanor greatly, and would say that this basically embodies the entire buying experience we had with Integrity. After a smooth test drive (on our own ) and a just as relaxed interface with integrity's finance crew, we left the lot with a new vehicle. That was 6 months ago and the car has run perfect during that time. i would most certainly reccommend Integrity Auto Group!!
