Outstanding dealer!

Best car buying experience! I went to look for cars without my husband with me and was a little nervous. Best salesman who knew what they had to fit what I was looking for and was very patient. No pressure. Great clean vehicles, and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely buy from here again.

Best car buying experience EVER!!!

I said I wanted to test drive a 2007 Tahoe LTZ 4x4 Fully loaded that they had. They got the keys, ZERO pressure. None. They let us take it on our own, no dealer tag-a-long. We decided we wanted it. The price was great, mileage was high (and they made sure we understood what high mileage means) They didn't try and hide anything on it. Had a crack in the dash board and they fixed it. Financing, they got us an incredible rate the same day we drove it home. It was late and many banks were already closed, but it was great so we rolled with it. 3 days later, they called saying they got us an even lower rate (1.5% LOWER!!!). So we redrew the contract, cancelled the other. They gave us fair trade in value for our 07 ford edge. Paid off the loan, and we carried ZERO negative equity from it. Even gave us a full tank. (On a 20 gal Tahoe!!) They day I drove it off of the lot to take home, I learned that the power seats weren't working at all, neither was the power pedals. (Contract already signed, payment cleared, and titles signed) They made an appointment with Firestone to get it diagnosed and repaired. ALL CHARGES COVERED. I literally dropped it off, and picked it up. From Hello, to Thank you for your business, they were polite, courteous, respectful, and very transparent. There were no hidden agendas, they never asked "How much can you spend? What payments do you want?". They even gave us financing advice on how making a payment a week early saves you money in the long end because interest compounds daily. If they ever have the cars I am looking for in the future, I will go to them first! (Minus one star on quality of repairs, because the center console was damaged and they blatantly told me they wont fix it, too expensive, and there is a sway bar link that is busted)

Do not buy a car from this dealership.

I was looking for a used car. My car had broken down that day and we were looking to buy that day. We found a car and decided to trade in ours. It was in the shop and they agreed to do a trade in though it was in the shop. It was a small repair. After waiting for 4 hours we were able to talk with the finance guy. It took an hour to get things figured out. We were able to drive away that night with the car. We agreed that Monday we would bring our previous car in. We found out that more was wrong with the car then expected the manger at Integrity refused to work with us and told us that he "did not give us the car to trade for a piece of crap". He was very disrespectful and lied to us. We took the car back that day because they refused to compromise and wanted us to pay for all repairs though the car was in their name. Do not use them!

Great Experience

I went to many other lots in town that as soon as I pulled up to the dealership I felt like I was being attacked and high pressured. I didn't spend anymore time than I had to and was glad to be leaving those dealerships. I am very, very glad that I made that decision, because the people at Integrity Auto Group were easy going and very helpfull. I actually enjoyed buying my vehicle and now I will recommend to all my friends and anyone I hear that is in need of a great vehicle and want to be "treated with respect" then they should go to Integrity!

Horrible customer service

We recently purchased a used vehicle and 3 year warranty from this business. The first year went well. Received phone calls which always ended with"If you ever need anything please call." The transmission went out in the used Honda we purchased over a month ago. The warranty company has sent TWO cracked transmissions two our mechanic. The mechanic has tried calling the dealer with assistance to this problem and we have tried calling them and not received help. Thinking the dealer would stand by their comment we have tried calling them for help however now that we need assistance getting a college. Holds car repaired no help has been offered and no phone calls received. So.... We will not be returning to INTEGRITY auto.

Great experience!!!

We have really bad credit and they got us a loan for the SUV we wanted threw a bank. The Check engine light came on a couple of days after we bought it and they had it fixed at no charge to us. Everyone was great to work with.

Don't Bother, NO RESPONSE!!

I contacted TWO car dealers from Cars.com, Integrity Auto Group and a Ford dealership in McAlester. NEITHER ONE OF THEM RESPONDED!! I did call the Ford Dealer and talked to the Sales Manager. They tried to call me back several times, but NO ONE from either place contacted me via email or online. NO ONE!! That's why you have an online service, so people can contact you ONLINE.

Don't bother inquiring - got no response!

I requested information (on Friday afternoon) for a car they had listed which was met pretty much all of my criteria. I was prepared to make a purchasing decision. Integrity Auto never contacted me. Nothing. No call, no e-mail, no response at all. That was over two weeks ago. I took the time to fill out the inquiry, I feel there is absolutely no excuse for the dealer no at least showing me the courtesy of a response... Very disappointing.

Multiply purchaser

We have purchased at least 3 used cars over the years from Integrity. They are a used car dealer and most times the cars are from auction so they DO not know everything on the history. Do your own research on that, Take the car to Firestone (Main ST its right around the corner) and have them look at too. Currently own a 2003 Monte Carlo and a 2003 Chevy Avalanche BOTH purchased from Intergity... neither has had any engine issues just the normal wear and tear and have well over 100K miles right now. Purchased at about 50K miles. They have also been in business for many years! I have seen other "dealers" come and go that has to say something about doing business right!
