Went in to buy a used toyota highlander. The facility was very clean and actually enjoyable to be in. It had a laid back yet professional feel i appreciated. The buying process was quick and painless. Aside from picking up a check, i would have been in and out no problem. The salesman's name was Eric. He didn't act like the typical car salesman. Instead he was friendly and relatable. 10 outta 10, highly recomend.

I worked with Dom and visited the place 5 times! to finally close a deal. Everything is straightforward and painless. No pressure, feel complete freedom to check out the cars and test drive them (mine is < $50k). I switched between 2 models and Dom helped me through and answered any questions I had. In fact, it was Dom who actively contacted me when one of them is readily available so that I could drop by and purchase it right away. You have to have the right expectations when working with Auto Quest. They sold ~100 cars a month. They offer very competitive trade in values as well as the list values. My experience with Auto Quest was smooth from start to finish. I worked with Kevin to get into a beautiful BMW and took it home within 2 hours. They had the vehicle ready out front for me to test drive, let me drive solo, and didn&#8217;t tell me when to be back. In the finance department, Scott helped me out with a fair loan offer. Overall, the selection at Auto Quest is top shelf. The cars sell themselves. I didn&#8217;t feel pushed into anything. All my questions were answered honestly. I recommend doing business with them!

I always come to AutoQuest when buying a pre-owned car because they carry a variety of quality luxury vehicles in great condition. I recently made my 3rd purchase with them. My 2 previous Lexus RXs lasted me a long time with no major problems which is why I returned to upgrade my car here.
