Dick Hannah Subaru

Overall, our experience with Dick Hannah Subaru was excellent. We greatly appreciated how Jeremiah went over all the accessories and features of the Forester, especially since he did it before we test drove the car. We got to the dealership about 10:00 a.m. and left in our new Forester by 2:00 pm. which we considered one of our best car-buying experiences. Jeremiah was very professional, honest, and customer oriented/friendly. The haggling over the price is always the worse part for us, but in the end, we feel Dick Hannah gave us a very competitive price. Great and friendly sales person. Answered all my questions as best as he could. Made my frist car buying experience smooth and left a pleasant feeling to do it again in the future.

Brian went out of his way to find a suburu crosstrek in the desired color and features we were looking for and notified us immediately when one became available. He was knowledgable about the car and his no pressure approach was refreshing. When we went back to look at the car in the color we wanted, he was busy with another customer so asked his sales associate Peter to help us. He too was very knowledgeable about the car and spent time going over the various features, especially the navagation system. He explained it in a clear concise manner and was willing to spend as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions and again a no pressure sales approach. We were very impressed with the friendliness of this dealer and their low pressure sales approach.

Wow.. I can't say enough good comments about the help Tuan gave my wife and I. So helpful!!! He saved me money. If I ever buy a vehicle from Dick Hannah again ... He is the reason. First class. No disappointments. Very proffessional !!!

Abdul answered all of our questions and always responded promptly to any voice or emails we left. Dick Hannah is fortunate to have Abdul in the front line as he is know the product and is very personable. Jessica was very helpful at the beginning. Then emails went unanswered. I don't know if this was Jesssica's fault or there was something wrong with the dealers email system. Long did a good job, but we did have to come back in to sign more papers. Some of which was our fault as we changed our mind on the extended warranty. We are happy with our purchase and still would recommend this dealership when buying a car.

This was a very interesting adventure for us. Never in my life did I think I would ever negotiate/purchase a car over the internet, and apply for a car loan over the phone on a late Saturday afternoon from a credit union, and be approved in less than 5 minutes time. If people ask, I will tell them of the low-pressure, low-hassle experience of buying a car from Dick Hannah, and how seemingly simple the process was, compared to previous experiences. We got exactly what we wanted, and the price was very reasonable. We of course were very organized by knowing exactly what we wanted from the start, had our financing all pre-approved, insurance lined up, etc. That helped a lot. I was at Lithia Subaru and Wentworth subaru and both time I left with no car. Before I came to dick hannah subaru, called to see if they have the car that I am looking for. Ron M was very helpful when i was at the dealership. He took his time to show my how to navigate through my new car and show me all the cool stuff i can do with my iphone when connected to my subaru. my finance manager (Lucas?) was very thorough.
