Dick Hannah Subaru

We weren't going to stop at the Subaru dealership...didn't think Subaru styles looked good, but had to be through about our new car search. What a surprise!!! Not only did Subaru have the exact car we were looking for in terms of quality, performance, and aesthetics but they had many styles to choose from all within our budget. Too Subaru's credit, all of the salesmen we worked with were very knowledgeable about every car and demonstrated to us that they weren't playing any games when negotiating the pricing of the car we were purchasing and the value of our trade in. We were delighted with the whole experience. We are now a Subaru family.

The reason Dick Hannah Subaru's service department gets all 5's is because of Frank and Tonya. They are friendly, knowledgeable , and really know the meaning of customer service. Both Frank and Tonya deserve some recognition. I felt like I was family, and that they were truly concerned and I felt confident they could get the job done. I wish everywhere I went, there was a Frank and a Tonya.

Mike Krewi and Kamal Chaer made my purchase fast and easy. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to spend and they made it happen. Mike made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable as they did my paper work. Explained all the options and showed me how to work everything in the Subaru. Not only answered all my questions but explained everything in detail. Great customer service was so good I plan on taking my subaru back to Dick Hannah for all it's maintenance and I live in Beaverton. Thank you guys! I will refer all my friends and family.

It was a great first experience we were greated as soon as we got. There they really listen to what I was looking for. They made sure that they found the car that I wanted and I love my new car. Went in on Saturday afternoon for Xpress service. I brought a book to occupy myself while my oil was changed. Michael has a pleasant disposition and ready to help. I am pleased with the whole experience.
