I have always found Cochran Infiniti service excellent in every aspect. Website scheduling is a nice convenience. Drop off and check in is quick an efficient. Service is completed in timely fashion and any problems I was having are fixed. I have been working with this dealership for 13 years.

stopped in 4/12/16 for an oil change and parts. not only did they do oil change but they installed the parts at no charge and used my coupons to save me $. professional communication with kristen beswick and a quiet and clean enviroment throughout the facility. great experience, will return !

I bought my Infiniti G37x last august, and they made me feel really good about my purchase. Showing me costs for the same vehicle at other dealership hundreds of miles away. Jeff was my salesman and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. My car has been in for service several times, and the guys in their service department are absolutely the best. Chis and Kristen go out of their way to make things right. Even on short notice they are able to accommodate me. They always take the time to answer my questions and even go on ride alongs to help address the issue no matter how insignificant it may be. On top of their ability to help me, they are normal regular people, they don't great you with a fake smile, and they are easy to get along with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
