I had a very good experience buying a 2022 Highlander the other day. we were able to quickly agree on a fair price for my trade-in and then complete all the paperwork, despite a power outage thanks to Julian and Stan, the salesperson and sales manager.

I called the Infiniti service department to schedule my
I called the Infiniti service department to schedule my QX 56 SUV. I explained to the service manager that the entire rear suspension was rebuilt by a certified mechanic that I frequently use and trust. The rear suspension needed hydraulic fluid that only Infiniti dealerships can do because it takes a special attachment to the tool. The service manager agreed that they could put in the hydraulic fluid and I scheduled an appointment. I went to the appointment and waited 2 hours while they had the vehicle at the service department. The employee then reviewed the diagnosis and said that the entire rear suspension was bad and that it needed to be replaced. Work order was $4,800. I explained to him that the rear suspension was replaced to weeks prior and that I physically saw the old shocks / support bars and that the mechanic showed me the new suspension while he had it on the car lift. The employee then told he that they didn’t use Infiniti parts. Are you kidding me ? Consequently , I requested by car back and denied the work order. He then hit me with a $240 diagnostics fee. Truly a disappointing experience and questionable business ethics.

BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT!
BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT! This dealership advertises a "100% online buying experience without ever having to set foot in the dealership" but in fact does NOT offer this service. Their website and emails say one thing, and the sales manager Stan says another! (screenshots and emails attached...the proof doesn't lie!) We are 10+ hours away but spent the time and money to have their Acura RDX inspected by a mobile mechanic. Then they tell us we need to sign in person at their dealership no exceptions (we have bought remote before from PA with no issues), and leaves us on read with no response. The sales manager Stan Grandy responded and told us he was absolutely correct and didn't even acknowledge that the salesman ignored us and didn't respond. I've never had a harder time buying a car and this really illustrates why people don't like the car-buying process. I felt like I was trying to convince them to "let" us buy the car, TWILIGHT ZONE material! Do not recommend -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST AND TRANSPARENT CAR DEAL.

Went to the Washington Infiniti store, Steve Cooley is a trustworthy, professional, and fair service advisor. He gets the car right the first time and communicates everything. I got a video of the car showing me what it needed and did not need. He had a loaner waiting for me and his staff is top notch. Go here for service. Much better experience than the Monroeville store.
