I went in to the dealership being upside down really bad from another dealer and there amazing team was able to help me get into a brand new truck ..... it was a difficult thing for them to do but they were able to get it done and I could not be happier !!!! Jeremy and Dan were the salesman who helped me and they were professional up front and honest with me !!! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle !!! I highly recommend these folks !!!

I drove off the lot my water pump went out had to have them tow it! My breaks and taillights don’t work! They said they would fix but when it got to expensive they decided I can fix myself! It’s 1200 dollars to fix! It’s a Mercedes and they knew it was a lemon! I’m so upset I still can’t drive my car!

I will never go to another Lithia there GM told me I can fix the break light and tail light myself I thought you couldn’t let someone leave a lot without all lights working! They paid for my water pump that went out 30 miles after I left the lot! But the GM told me they fixed all their going to! 😡 so I bought this car 2 weeks ago and I still can’t drive it! It’s a Mercedes so I have to take to a Mercedes dealership just to fix the lights! 1200 dollars to fix! Don’t go to this dealership!!

The purchase went very smooth considering how it was done. I made the purchase via phone calls and having a local mechanic inspect the vehicle. Lithia delivered the truck to me along with the paper work in a timely manner and the deal was complete. The vehicle was as advertised and I am happy with purchase at this point.
