Very happy with the level of service and the responsiveness of the service staff. Not quite as happy with the cost, but then who is these days?

Great service. Had to wait weeks to be scheduled for a recall though.

The Customer Service Person (Devon) was exceptional in explaining the process and evaluation of the repairs needed to my Ram 2500 . The Mechanic was also quite informative. I feel comfortable knowing my truck with get taken care of . Thanks !!

I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall on the cruise control, and to get the front alignment corrected. My truck pulled to the right. Devin, Katie and Bobby in the Service department have excellent customer service. It's very hard to align Ram's new trucks. The mechanics/technicians corrected the right drift and I am thankful. The cruise control was also corrected.
