Ron, was outstanding and very easy to work with. Ron was very patient with us went over every detail to make sure we understood the process. When first entering the dealership I was greeted by a new employee whom was in training I asked (Lorenzo) if the dealership had any Shaker Dodge Challenger in stock he replied he was unsure and asked a fellow associate. That sales associate replied and I quote ( we sell Jeeps and Trucks, this is truck country) continued to walk by me and into the dealership never offering any more info. At that response I turned around and headed back to my truck. Had Ron not stopped me and invited me in and proceeded to get more information I would have left never planning on returning . As it turns out Ron was able to find what we where looking for and not only sold us the Challenger but also sold our trade in to our son. Couple issues prevented excellent rating on completion of repairs. However repairs were completed after second attempt. The real story of this service event was the professional manner in which the service mgr Shane handled a difficult situation and very unhappy customer. He maintained complete professionalism while working through explanation of why repairs were not completed initially and what steps were taken to resolve the issues. Top rated customer service.
