I’m pleased with the 30,000 mile service I just received on my Ram truck. The appointment was quickly and easily made. Subsequent communication was clear and timely. Shane has been very good to work with. So far as I can tell at this point, the work itself has been competently done.

We were looking for an older vehicle to finance so that we could save for the holiday's and buy something newer, later. After speaking with a rep, they invited us in. Once there, no vehicles were in the price range we were looking for. We both took at least 3 hard hits for all the while thinking there was an older car available. But, nope. And the payment amount we were approved for would be higher than a newer vehicle payment. In my situation, this was a bummer, especially while trying to build credit.

My salesman Joel Velsquas did a great job! Starting with the lot he pointed out the features of the Jeep then as we went on a test drive he was very knowledgeable and quick to point to different features to show just how sweet the Jeep was. When we got back to the dealership he continued to show me the other options and was point on in asking "Wouldnt you like to take this home today?" "We can make it happen." and they did just that. This is our 2nd Grand Cherokee and we could not be happier! Thank you Joel Velsquas for a great experience. We will definately use Hayes Chrysler Jeep in the future!

Took my 2019 Dodge Charger Daytona 392 for the 10k oil service. Was surprised at the cost (Not dealers fault, but current supply chain issues) for the oil change, $12 a quart for 0W40 synthetic, but it is what it is. Staff was courteous and timely and followed up with a phone call the next day to ensure all was well. Car was inspected, service was performed and car came back clean. They did try and upsell me the $89 cabin air filter service, which can be purchased just about anywhere for under $20, even the Mopar OEM brand. I chose to skip that service and installed myself. Overall, very competent service department.
