I have gone to Hayes in, both, Lawrenceville and Baldwin for years. I go primarily to the Baldwin location now. They are professional and thorough in servicing my vehicles. I feel very satisfied with the repairs and maintenance they have provided .

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I inquired about a Dodge Ram that was online, I discussed the truck in length with someone and made an appt for that morning. When i arrived at the dealership the truck I had inquired about wasn't present so they had a salesman show me another truck. The truck they showed me seemed to be comparable. We purchased the truck and drove it a month less than 3000 miles, ( on 4-27-22 ) I was in John's creek when i parked at the doctor's office, and upon returning to the truck it wouldn't slide out of park! I had to call a tow truck and since the Dodge dealership in Buford wouldn't answer I had it towed to Cumming. They seemed to jump around with what the problem might be which concerned me. I called Hayes and talk to KURT who identified himself as the service manager but wasn't very friendly. Basically he told me I was screwed and couldn't trade it back in and lose money on the trade. And questioned why I didn't have it towed back to Hayes( geez I wonder! ) It has been in Cumming for the last 10 weeks, I've made 2 payments and there doesn't seem to be any resolve in site. My truck has sat in Cumming for 10 weeks now. I called Hayes on a few occasions and they don't seem interested in helping me resolved the issue. I failed to mention that I'm a veteran who lost my leg in service for my country and am stuck now trying to get to dialysis without a vehicle. HAYES doesn't stick behind the vehicles it sales or stand behind it's customer's (unless it's to sale them another vehicle)! While my truck has been at Roncalli Dodge they supplied me with a truck for a few weeks so I could still get to doctor appointments and other things I must do. I didn't even put 3000 miles on my truck b4 it broke down beyond immediate repair. As od this date 7/5/22 the truck I bought from Hakes is still in Cumming at Roncalli, again I haven't been contacted by Hayes to see if the problem has been resolved or if they may assist me with a courtesy car so I can still get to my doctors appointments (which I have many). I've had to borrow cars from family when I can. And I am on the hook for a $500 a month payment every month. *A LESSON WE LEARNED IS NEVER BUY A CAR IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA THAT DOENS'T HAVE SOME SORT OF WARRANTY!!!!
