Tristan was great! Very responsive, courteous and professional! He replied to every text message whether it was 8am or 11pm. He stayed two hours after his shift was over so I could test drive the truck after I got out of work. He made my buying experience very easy. I met Tristan yesterday at Rt 15 Used Car Center. Honestly my trade in was in rough shape.He came outside and introduced himself.I immediately had my guard up.I said to him I don't want to get taken advantage of and I don't to play the back and forth games. He smiled and said no problem. He actually listened to what I had to say.I walk with a Walker and have issues getting around.He showed me a Jeep and a Hyundai Tucson.He was polite and very friendly. He personally took me on the test drive for both vehicles. When we got back he also did an appraisal on my older Dodge SXT.He was able to work out a great trade in price for my vehicle. I left with my new Hyundai Tucson.Tristan was honest and very sincere.It's great to still see people like that who are real and won't play games.
