I must say I was two seconds away from telling my wife that we weren’t going to this dealership, due to the fact that it was two hours away from our home. Boy am I glad that I listened to my wife! Our salesman was Tristan and if I could give him a million stars, I would. He took care of us and got us a great deal on a vehicle that was practically brand new. He made us feel at home and we are all smiles. If you’re looking for a vehicle, please go see Tristan. You won’t regret it.

I have to say I was very happy with Tristan.Last Saturday I stopped at Rt 15 Used Car Center in Wharton NJ.At first I wasn't sure what to expect.I had 2 other appointments at 2 other dealerships later in the day.Tristan came outside and greeted me and said welcome to Rt 15 Used Car Center.He asked me how he can help. I Told him I had an older Ford vehicle with a lot of miles.I told Tristan I was sure I wouldn't get much for it.He smiled and assured me he and his dealership he worked for was very transparent. He said to give him the opportunity to appraise and he would work very hard to get me the best price for my trade. I had stopped there because I was originally interested in a Jeep Renegade. Him and I spoke. He told me he had another Jeep that was much better in price and would have all the features I was looking for.He showed me the car fax and also allowed mr contest drive it.I am also a Veteran.Before we even spoke about Jeeps he thanked me for my service. He said his mom was in the Army years ago.He was very honest and caring.He truly took the time to work out all the numbers and showed me everything. I was very impressed. I Told my wife about him and brought her to meet him today. I am very happy with my new Jeep and how I was treated.I will be telling my fellow friends and veterans and friends and family to go see Tristan Chang at Rt 15 Used Car Center.He is trust worthy and great.I will definitely go back there to buy from him.

First of all I can’t possibly say enough to describe “Tristan”!!!!! But I’m going to say I honestly have never met a more truly sincere, goes above and way beyond in every way, not just helping you find and purchase you’re perfect vehicle, but as a truly good human being who really does care about you as a person, in this world that is very rare to find!!! He honestly cares about people and although he most certainly has a life of his own was always taking time out to make sure I knew he cared!! He is literally was what I know consider a true friend and would always just check in on me because I was in a really tough place and thought I would never be able to get into a car? At least not for a while, I don’t remember throughout our journey together when Tristan didn’t call or text me just to let me that he was working hard for me and even to make sure I was ok!!!! It was an emotional thing for me and Tristan knew because he cared enough to want to know about me, so I gave him a little of my story and literally broke down emotionally more than once😭! I just paid Route 15 Used Cars dealership a visit and they literally took care for everything else. Steve is a very decent and persuasive representative. I went in and got out with my Cherokee which was a very pleasant experience. Tristan and Gusto were so friendly and warm welcoming as well. I wish I have 10 stars to give to each one of them.
