There is so much I want to say about the owner, Joe Klaben and His business Klaben Motor Sales but in an attempt to keep this readable and not to lengthy I'll try to sum up my many deals with him. I've been a customer of Klaben Motors for 2.5 yrs now. I love cars and have purchased and traded several cars from Joe. This is not your typical dealership that will try to sell you your own shirt. Joe is honest, he respects and truly cares for people. He puts customers in quality cars and he truly doesn't live for one deal. I would say I'm a complicated case as I buy and trade cars more than the average buyer. Joe is an outside the box thinker. He sees the future deals and the value in a long term customer and he will do what it takes to make them happy. Without to much detail Joe has helped me and my family more than any car dealership would or will ever and probably more than most family members. I have a lot of respect for the way Joe conducts business. God has blessed Joe with the gift of transportation and he continues to pass that on and bless others like me. I drive 3.5 hours for a reason. It's worth it. Take the time to stop by and get to know Joe. Build the relationship and he will treat you right.

It had been a year or so since I purchased a car from Joe and wanted to stop by and offer my thanks and opinion about the dealership. First I mu I say that I had been to over 10 dealerships and no one would or could help me. I spent a while day a one dealership trying to get a deal done and actually had another dealership sale the car I had already placed my money down on. The amount of time and energy not to mention all the ininquiries ( 50) that was placed on my report made things that much more difficult to get financing. Not for Joe! I made a call and he said within a 30min he would have no problem getting me the car I wanted. He actually sent the car to my house to pick me up and I was in and out of his dealership in no time once I arrived. Joe made the whole car buying experience a joy. Now that my credit is in the 700s I know I can get financing just about anywhere however, I will always give Joe the opportunity to win my business again with his world class service. The X Type 02 Jaguar is still riding great and I still get compliments!

Joe bent over backwards to make my deal for a TOYOTA RAV/4 the best deal possible. No pressure. But gave huge attention to the little things. Knew I wanted an XM radio. Had one installed. Filled the gas tank to the top. Had an outstanding recall taken care of. Made an extra key. Car was immaculate... and gave me a very good price on TWO trade-ins. A credit to his grandfather's name.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Joe Klaben. All 5 deals were handled swiftly and smoothly. The latest vehicle purchased was a 2010 SS Camaro that I had my eyes on since it parked on his lot. Having other dealerships take credit applications, call us in, to only waste our time, and crush our dream of owning one of these iconic cars, Joe made happen in one day. I witnessed in person a buyer who called Joe that was having buyer remorse. Joe told her flat out that she was not having that and to bring the car back to be analyzed to find the problem, and he said he would stand 100% behind her vehicle. To me that meant a lot, and it wasn't any of my business. To us, Klaben Motor Sales is what car buying should be about.. us, the customer, not just another sale. I seen a Ford Ranger on Cars.com that was posted by Klaben Motors and it looked to be exactly what I'd been searching for. I contacted Joe to schedule a look at the truck and he was quick to respond. I came up from Pittsburgh to look at a vehicle. The owner was out of town but the man who was put in charge was very pleasant. The car did have a burnt out headlight that we were unable to fix before leaving and did need a few things to become Pennsylvania legal (I expected that), but overall I had a very nice experience. I visited 3 other car dealerships in ohio and every person was rude and did not seem to care if i bought the car or not; this was not the case here. I would recommend going here
