Purchased new truck

It was refreshing to have a sales person that worked so well with me. Charles Boggs was my salesman. I arrived at 5 and drove my truck out the door by 7:15. Charles helped me to look at the selection of trucks and I found the one I wanted. Enjoyed my experience at Garber Ford. Truckin Mark

Great Experience

Great place to buy a vehicle!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Garber. Both times the quality of customer service and friendly reception has far exceeded my expectations. You will not be under any pressure to make a purchase and the sales personnel will take more time displaying their products than worrying about the deal. Darren Matthews and John Butt presented several options for vehicles that I was looking for. When it came time to discuss trade in and price they met and exceeded offers from other dealers with no discussion. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them. I will recommend the Garber team to my family and friends. Thanks for the pleasant, no hassle experience and keep up the good work!

Deceivers

I purchase a 2013 Dodge Durango, January 2013 from Garber Auto Mall in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The General Sales Manager, not the car salesman?s, emailed me an offer, which I accepted. This is part of the offer that was a selling point, or in this case a buying point for me: ?plus any oilchanges you need.? I told Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager and the car salesman before I purchased the vehicle that I lived in Camden County, Georgia and that I did not want to drive that far for just oil changes. I was informed by the General Sales Manager and the car salesman that I would not have to return to Garber Auto Mall and that I could use another location closer to where I live to get the oil changes. I asked the General Sales Manager and the car salesman how another location would know about the agreement we made. The General Sales Manager and the car salesman stated that the information would be put into a computer system and when the other location look up my vehicle VIN number the information would be there. THAT WAS A LIE!!! Recently, I called and spoke to the General Sales Manager to inquire about the oil changes. I was later emailed by Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager? ?I will honor the extra 4 oilchanges, even if they are done somewhere else, just send me the receipts.? I refused. Then later Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager emailed me after a few more email exchanges? ?I ( Garber Automall) will provide you with an Oilchange package for 10 free oilchanges at any Chrysler locations in the US........that is all we will honor in our agreement.? Again I refused. And recently Garber Auto Mall General Sales Manager sent this message to me thru the Better Business Bureau? ?Garber Automall Chrysler will honor oil changes as needed at our location in Green Cove Springs or give the 10 we already mentioned at any Chyrsler dealership?. Again I refused. None of these options was part of the original agreement. This inconsistency and constant changing of the agreement by Garber Auto Mall gives me great concern. My thoughts are, if this is happening to me, how many others has this happened to or is currently happening to. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Worth the drive!

After test driving several vehicles at various dealerships over the last few months, I began my actual purchase process with the "car finder" service offered by my auto insurance company (GEICO). Garber was one of three dealerships recommended by them, and it appeared to have the best purchase prices available. The salesman who contacted me based on the online referral was Darren Mathews. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process. I will absolutely be recommending to all of my friends and colleagues that they make the short drive from Jacksonville to Green Cove Springs for their car buying needs.

Repeat Customer

We had such a good experience buying our daughter a car from Pat a year ago that we were back again this year when we needed another new car. Pat and Zach were so very helpful both times. We were confident we were in good hands once again.
