Great service and product knowledge

Your dealership is 45 minutes away. If I had known how much more product knowledge and how much more better I would be treated I would have come to you in the begining instead of going to Jerry Ham 5 minutes from my house. Good job team Garber!

took to long

The reason that I gave you four stars and not less is because of you service managers. They are always great and friendly. But the length of time (over 3 hours) that it took to service my truck was to long. Oh and your car wash was broke down.

Excellent service.

I was very well taking care of by the Assistant Manager Craig! Excellent customer service with him and I was extremely satisfied after my visit.

Excellent ! Need I say more.

I brought my 2012 truck in for routine service and was surprised how fast it was completed. I only had time for 1 cup of coffee. John Barrett in the service department was excellent and Ryan Davis who was my sales rep. when I purchased the truck is always stops by to say hello when he sees me at the facility. Makes me feel at home. Thank you all at Garber GMC .

Great customer service; always friendly and fair

This 2013 Buick Enclave was the 7th vehicle that my family has purchased from Garber. The pricing and customer service that we have received are the best in the local industry.....there's no reason to go anywhere else.

Vehicle Repairs

I had a few issues with my car and the recall, and everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. The service department at Garber Auto Mall in Green Cove Springs is top notch, very friendly and very professional and makes sure your issues are handled promptly and correctly. I am very glad I purchased my car at this dealership.

Great Experience

Wow, I never experienced a car buying experience like this. Patrick who was my salesman did not try to just sale me a vehicle. Explained everything I wanted and what didn't want. He only showed me what I said I wanted. I received a great price on a great vehicle. I do plan on buying my next car from here. It's worth the 30 minute drive from Jacksonville.
