Excellent Service

As always, my experience at Garber was wonderful!!! I took my Buick in because it was pulling to the right. It was hard to diagnose the problem, however, they spent the extra time needed to find the problem and would not send me home in it until the problem was corrected! John Barrett was so willing to go that extra mile to be sure that the problem was fixed! He even gave me a loaner so that I did not just have to sit there waiting! I would certainly refer friends and family to Garber.

Great Service

John Barrett assist me in getting my vehicle in because I had a "check engine" light on. He arranged for a rental car prior to my arrival on the day to leave it for service. The experience was fast and efficient. I actually dropped off my car, got the rental in less than 30 mins. So time was a major plus. I always enjoy John Barrett, and he cares about his customers.

GREAT, FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL

We love Garber. All our vehicles are from Troy and Garber. And I just heard this morning that a close friend of ours that we sent to Troy is also a new member of the Garber family and bought his dream car. The whole TEAM at Garber is fabulous.

Excellent experience

While the dealership was dislocated and going through a transition due to building upgrades the staff was completely accommodating and went out of their way to meet my needs during a stressful time for the dealership. I was amazed at the professionalism displayed by everyone I encountered and I definitely look forward to a long and lasting association with Garber Chevy. I would definitely recommend the dealership and in particular my salesman Troy.

Impecable service

It was great.....Mr. Barrett took wonderful care of me again....made sure when he found out it would take a day or two for parts he immediately put me in a vehicle. He is a valuable asset to this dealership service area.
