My Lucas Platinum purchase continues to be the one of the best purchases I've ever made. I don't even drive a Honda anymore (a big mistake on my part), but I avoid going to the "other" dealership at all costs. Long live Honda service departments

Taken advantage of
It’s embarrassing to admit you allowed yourself to be taken for but I’ll admit it, my butt still hurts from the abuse it took from Lucas Honda 3 or 4 months ago. I’ve purchased 7 or 8 cars from them over the past 5 or 6 years, this deal, they lost me as a customer forever. As a 100 percent disabled veteran, I suffer with numerological and head issues, I beat myself up for not being at the top of my game during this transaction, I even mentioned to the the sales manager I was being overwhelmed but he assured me it was good, a good deal and I’ve been there many times before and feel for the lines, we got you, we’ll take good care of you. After 7 or 8 cars purchased from them, they lost a customer
