I was pleased with the prompt greeting for service. I was presented with air filter needing replacement by technician. I felt it was an honest need so I approved it. Thanks for being so professional.

I've bought many autos over the years and had less than happy experiences until 2014 when I bought my CR-V. From my first service visit to this last visit the service department has taken care of me and my CR-V fairly and quickly. Don't know when and if I'll buy another vehicle, but, rest assured it'll be from Lucas Honda.

The sales staff was courteous and accommodating. The financing process was a bit tedious, but the individual was friendly, explicit, and patient. Overall good experience.

Great Service Advisors who make you feel welcome and a valued customer. They explain all services performed and never pressure you to buy additional services. Service charges are reasonable and you can expect the work to be performed right the first time.

Comfortable waiting area with free Wi - Fi. Available Was free coffee or decaf. My service was explained to me very sufficiently.

Kerry Smallwood went above and beyond customer service for us. We had a flat time and no key in order to change the tire. He came to our house to assist with this.
