One purchased and one not
In November 2019 I went to them to purchase a Honda Element. The experience was fantastic, easy and relatively painless. I did not deal with James, but, I don't recall the name of the salesman I DID deal with. As painless as dishing out money on a car can be anyway. Due to the ease of my last transaction with them, I returned in May 2020 to look at several different vehicles and had the pleasure of dealing with James. He was fantastic. I don't even know how many vehicles we wound up driving before we were done with our visit, and he patiently allowed us to take our time with him. When we'd narrowed it down to just a couple, John came out & offered us an extended test drive, which we took advantage of. In the end, it came down to them not being able to beat the price for a similar vehicle, same make & model, that we'd located at a different dealer. They are; however, wonderful to work with and offer some of the best customer service that I've ever seen while car shopping. Will definitely return for future car shopping and hopefully buying.

Ace Facunda was great (!!) Tariq and John were, too
Ace Facunda was terrific and made what can be a painful experience very pleasant! I tend to be cautious with dealerships, so my wife and I did not come prepared to buy a car, only to look at a used Honda Odyssey. But after working with Ace, I'm convinced he is what every used car salesman should be—honest, caring, and wants to give an honestly good deal. It was as though I'd gotten a new friend, not just a salesman. He was respectful of our budget and was willing to take all offers for consideration. John Condon was the Used Car Manager and he gave us a very good deal. Ace wasn't able to be there the next day when we came back and his partner Tariq Sagri took over seamlessly, helping to get a relay fixed, and my wife and I are very happy with the outcome. Ace gave me a call the next day to make sure everything was all right, and I gave an emphatic yes. I can definitely recommend Ace and the rest of the crew at Coggin of St. Augustine. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and accommodating.

No Service
Booked an appointment at the service dept online. Went at the appointed time and waited 2 hrs to see the car had not even been pulled in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I asked what was going on with the car I was told we only have 1/2 staff. So what is the point of making an appointment. If you had 1/2 staff, block 1/2 of your appointments. Another customer over heard my conversation with the service rep only to find out she had been waiting 3 hrs for hers. I was then rushed out of the dealership. I went to a quick oil change facility and had my oil changed and now I will go to a tire store for the rotation. First Honda happy with the car but the dealership is not managed well. Very disappointed in this experience and will take a lot for me to ever return to this dealer.

My 2017 PILOT
I was getting my 2013 CV serviced and waited, but wanted to start looking into my next vehicle. Rich Robbins was thoughtful and we chatted about features i would like, not pushy at all and offered a test drive. The test drive was amazing, as he chose the vehicle with all my wishes and we picked up my Other to continue testing. Needless to say we loved all the features, but the experience was very service oriented, not sales. His manager, Jon, had the same communication style., straight shooter and very service driven. We didn't buy on the spot, but they believe in their product, they knew we would be back. We were the next day after test driving the Ascent. We love our vehicle and have had it for 2 weeks. They kept all their promises too!!
