Too many issues

I initiated conversation to purchase a vehicle remotely. I recently purchased one through Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Let me tell you, Atlantic made it easy as possible to purchase a Jeep without stepping foot on the lot. We traded in an older Silverado. The sales rep even brought the forms and met me at work to sign them! When I wanted to buy a Toyota, my experience was far from the same. There were multiple issues that kept cropping up and eventually I cancelled the sale. I NEVER saw the car, never took possession but just got off the phone with the DMV folks because they were getting ready to suspend my license because I didn't have insurance on this car that I NEVER saw in person! Ridiculous and the salesman is quick to tell me they have nothing to do with the DMV! Well, the DMV wouldn't be trying to do this if the dealership hadn't told them I bought a car. The whole situation is laughable because they seemed like they didn't want to make the sale, they kept bringing up issues that needed to be resolved. Let me tell you this is now the icing on the cake. I had to pay the DMV to clear my license!

Buying a car during a Pandemic

When my son's Honda CRV was totaled earlier this month, I was forced to buy a replacement vehicle. I decided to sell my older car to him and buy a newer one for myself. I called my favorite sales rep, Ace, told him what I was looking for and immediately he was on it!! I was a bit concerned about safety and cleanliness during this COVID-19 scare but Ace assured me they were taking extra precautions, nd they were. I purchased a 2017 Honda HRV, doing a drive by to look at it. All paperwork was done over the phone. I came in wearing gloves and a mask, signed the prepared paperwork, and off I drove. Ace also wore gloves and said when we were done signing, "keep the pen"! He took the stress out of a stressful time. I've named my new care "Covie". This is the second car I've bought through Ace at this dealership and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Ace. You're the best! #staugustinestrong

Constant problems with sale

I have been a customer here at Coggin Honda St. Augustine for 15 yrs., and here’s why: they have consistently given me the feeling they will do whatever it takes to make me feel 100% satisfied by the time I walk out the door. I’d like to compliment by name Mr. Ace Fagundo, for going above and beyond for me, taking all my circumstances into consideration. Wonderful experience, solution-oriented when it gets down to the nitty-gritty; can’t say enough good about the consistency of personalized customer service!

Great Experience Buying A New Honda Accord Touring Hybrid

Outstanding experience buying a new car from James Paul. James displayed his vast experience and knowledge in selling a great car and taking lots of time to explain and demonstrate the many new technology features of the car. His friendly mannerism and attitude made the purchase so much easier then with other dealers. James was a team leader and worked closely with us and the very knowledgeable financial director to save us money while making the best deal possible. We were able to purchase a great car at our first appointment. We bought our previous Honda Accord from Coggin and always enjoyed the excellent customer service. James deserves special recognition for being the best salesman for both Coggin and customer. We will continue to purchase and service our Honda's at Coggin Honda with James.

Horrible experience both times iv been and everyone I have talked to that has went here for service or to buy a car says they will not return either due to rude, careless employees and poor customer service. First time they blamed brake issues on living in a beach town when the car has never been on a beach. All it takes is 5 minutes on Google to see all the civics had the issue. Salt water makes rust not grooved and warped rotors at 10k miles (wouldn't even replace them made me wait 2+ hours to resurface them). Second time they argued about a oil change regarding oil type and price, told me I only get what they want to put in it, and did nothing to fix the situation and no gm response either. Always try to get sold something new or up sold when I come here. I now drive 45 minutes away to a new honda dealer. I have had such bad experiences here I refuse to have any simple warranty work done here as well.

Excellent service

I purchase a 2019 Honda Pilot.in St Agustine 2019. I went by the store and I met Ace Fagundo , Mr De Cruz and Alex Short. If you have any purchase to be done please ask for this trio excellent, professional. customer service oriented. I ended up purchasing a Honda Pilot 2020.
