To my surprise Dale Earnhardt gmc, honored my battery

To my surprise Dale Earnhardt gmc, honored my battery warranty, and replaced old battery with new one for no charge, that really made me feel good about dealership, and also got me in and out in about an hour, with no appointment, every one that I dealt with was very courteous and very professional.

Usually everything overall is fine, but the gentleman at the desk was very crabby and short fused. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it made me uncomfortable. I drop my car off because service is very slow!
