I was very disappointed with the advisor.
I was very disappointed with the advisor. He was on the phone when I arrived. I waited for him to finish his conversation. He asked how he could help I told him I was there to pick up my truck. He told someone to get my keys and got back on the phone. Pointed on my paper where to sign. And never got off the phone for me to ask questions. Very unhappy. I have purchased a lot of vehicles from this location to be treated that way.

11/15/24- 11/19/24.
11/15/24- 11/19/24. Took my car in on the 15th. My service person was Terrick I had told him what my mechanic suggestion was wrong with the car. Their diagnostic indicated that the car was throwing an error of PO 513 mobilize key, he felt that the key need to be replaced. I let Terrick know this on the 15th. (Also I asked about the airbag replacement) I relaid what my mechanic suggested what was wrong with the car. I was under the impression he was going to do another diagnostic. Terrick called me on Saturday, telling me that my car was ready for pick up and that they got the key out the ignition. I informed him that that was not the issue even though it was stuck in the ignition, according to my mechanic with the anti-theft was not working properly, and it was not recognizing the key. I have two keys. The non-factory key would start my car, but the factor key would not come out and it was get stuck in ignition. Before we took it to the dealership, we discovered that we could open the back doors and the ani-theft would fix itself and the power would come on, but it still would not start. I told him I wasn?t willing to pick up the car until this problem was fixed. I did not hear from anybody. I called the following Tuesday inquiring about the repairs and they said it was ready for pick up. They said had also replace the air bag recall. I had waited two years to get that replaced. When I picked car up I was asked to sign papers I told them I been to the eye doctor and could not read anything. When I got in car to leave my air bag light was still on. I went back in and asked why it was still on and was told by Terrick they did not run a diagnostic and he did know what it was the issue was. I questioned how he would know what was wrong with if they didn?t run a diagnostics. He said I told them not run one. So at that time I knew that my hadn?t really fixed my car. They just made me a new key as I requested so my question is how would they be able to tell me that I had needed a ECM replacement, and a thief replacement without running diagnostic? I?m very disappointed. I thought your staff was very unprofessional. I had witness another customer having an issue with the service man and asked to speak to the manager, and they were told that they didn?t know where the manager was. I was so frustrated I just walked out. I will go to Thomasville from now on. I will never visit your building again. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and I was not treated professional. I know my car is older. I do not know if my car is fixed because I have only had a it a couple of days.
