2014 MKZ HYBIRD

I have purchased many cars over the years, and this was the best experience I have ever had. Our salesman Jason PATT was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we were not pressured at all. Everything went smoothly, without any anxiety

Exceptional dealership and employees, everyone very friendly and helpful. Jason PATT our salesman was very knowledgeable and a pleasant person to work with. We were given a tutorial on the electronics of the car also calls to assure we were satisfied.

Very Satisfied

We showed up at the dealership an hour before closing. Our sales guy Brian stayed past closing time and didn't make us feel hurried. He was very thorough and friendly. We left with my 3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership.

Regularly scheduled service

In for oil and lube. They checked Trans fluid and showed me color against standards and recommenced flush. Service was as quoted - time and cost. Great waiting area with lots of extras. Totally satisfied

Angie is frick'n awesome! Just moved here with my Lincoln from the other side of the country .... and I must admit, I couldn't have had a better experience. There is no reason for me to ever take our Lincoln car anywhere else again. Many mahalo's!

Where do I begin?!? As soon as we walked up Bill Hess was...

Where do I begin?!? As soon as we walked up Bill Hess was there to great us. It was such an awesome experience. He made us feel so welcomed, like an old friend. He didn't car if we actually bought a car, he was there to educate and help us enjoy the experience. I actually ended up having a migraine (I get them very very bad...I actually lose my vision) but Bill immediately got me medicine and water...wow! After 5 hrs going through the "process", I told Bill I needed to go let our new puppy, Zoey out of her cage since we never leave her in that long and again his response blew me away..."bring her in" he said! What?!? So, I bring Zoey in and finish the process with my husband Andrew. I can't say enough. I also just too my car back to the to take the pinstripe off and Bill filled my gas tank up...I didn't ask him to! Wow! I am telling everyone to go to Gary Yeomans Ford but more importantly to see Bill Hess! Thank you thank you thank you! We not only got an amazing Ford Fovus but met an amazing guy! Please dealer sales guys...take note!
