I was introduced to David ford as the Salesperson to...

I was introduced to David ford as the Salesperson to handle the purchase of a new Ford Edge. He was very knowlegable about the vehicle, answered all our questions concerning the vehicle in a very professionable manner. Went over the particular vehicle we purchased so as we would be comfortable about all that it had on it. It was a pleasure to work with Mr ford and will certsinly look forward to work with him again.

New 2014 Pony!

I have bought 11 NEW ford Vehicles from other central Florida dealers Never could say I was Happy about the sales process..:-( But After Looking at all the paperwork and what they did for me I can say for the FIRST time these guys Know their STUFF.....:-) And Have a new customer for Life!!!!

We love Angie and Kristen. They are a great team. They won't hold you hostage! They are straight to the point. They have their act together. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. If you encounter any problems, Angie will see to it, and you will get results fast! It was so far the best buying experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle.

Our experience was fantastic! Great car! Great price! The...

Our experience was fantastic! Great car! Great price! The customer service and education was outstanding. The sales representative was with us from beginning to end, making sure that we were well taken care of. Not only did they make sure we got the car we wanted, they worked with us on price of the new vehicle and our trades. Finance department was great, as well. Explained in detail the financing we were to receive and the options we could add to the protection and warranties. It was an overall pleasurable experience.

The first thing that impressed me about Dave was his...

The first thing that impressed me about Dave was his outgoing friendliness and his desire to help me select the best car to suit me. Dave was eager to let me drive different vehicles until I had found the one for me. After the financing was completed, Dave spent at least an hour with me explaining all of the electronics and settings for my new Edge. I think Dave is a very good salesman, friendly but not too pushy. Harold Lyke

We were Looking for a NEW FORD Dealer After having a bad...

We were Looking for a NEW FORD Dealer After having a bad Time at another Dealer, I was looking online and ran across your site, Thought we would just go look at what Your lot had to offer. SO GLAD WE DID. We pulled into your lot with our 2011 Pony, Carlos Marrero Saw How We had Kept it,( Very Clean) Your lot had a lot of mustangs on it But Carlos Knew What we were looking for. I had been looking for months trying to find Just the right one, Carlos asked me if I saw anything that popped out for me, I said not yet he said just a sec, He walked over to a car that was in the line and pulled it out, MY Mouth just fell open! THATS THE ONE! But kept it to myself Thinking you guys were just another dealer trying to unload a car, How wrong I was! Since 1988 I have bought 11 new FORD cars and trucks Loved the vehicles BUT never happy about the deals..:-( Well for the first time in my life I'm Very happy with the deal you gave us! NO other Dealer Could of done what you guys did for us and we our So very happy about the Deal and OUR NEW PONY! We were talking about how We think the word Salesman isn't right for your People, We think they should be called Personal assistants! Like I said I have known A lot of Salespeople from other dealers all I can say is FORD should send them all to Gray Yeomans for training! Again THANK-YOU for all the help & Honesty and I will be Back to swap out my 2000 Explorer!

I have purchased two new vehicles from Gary Yeoman Ford...

I have purchased two new vehicles from Gary Yeoman Ford and it is now the only dealership I will go to. Excellent care and service in each individual department. Cannot speak highly enough about our salesman David Ford. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles I bought and very helpful in explaining and teaching the technology on them. He definitely goes above and beyond and in my opinion the best salesperson I have dealt with. All in all a very good and hassle free experience.

For the last couple of months I started researching 2014 Mustang convertibles. I sent a request for information to Gary Yoemans Ford through the internet. I was contacted by Bob Baglia. He is an excellent salesman . Bob promised to eliminate or at least minimize the hassle that is traditionally associated with car sales. Bob lived up to his promise and he delivered a simple, honest, and hassle free new vehicle purchasing experience. There was not any pressure to purchase a new car like I experienced at other dealers. The price I paid for the 2014 Ruby Red Convertible was better than any other dealer could come close to. The friendly sales and finance staff made this a truly enjoyable adventure. I had made an appointment with Bob for a test drive and on the way to the dealer my wife's phone quit. I sent a text to Bob informing him we needed to get a new phone and we would be a little late. Bob sent a text back "No prob Bob" If you are looking for a salesman to go the extra mile for you ask for "No prob Bob". You won't be disappointed. My family have been buying vehicles from this Dealership...

My family have been buying vehicles from this Dealership for 3 generations and never hand a bad experience, My salesman Jerry Godden sold me my 1st new vehicle in 1992 which should tell how great the dealership is to have someone stay for that long. The service Dept. Is just GREAT every time I needed something done it was taken care of and the warranty was honored no questions asked, unlike a Ford Dealership I dealt with in Charlotte N.C
