I just wish FORD would sell a regular thermostat (<$100)
I just wish FORD would sell a regular thermostat (<$100) without bundling it as an ?assembly? (~$600). Dealers don?t have other options because of how FORD originally designed the vehicle where only big assemblies can be replaced instead of only the failed part.

It was a great buying experience and each year I drive
It was a great buying experience and each year I drive from Melbourne to Daytona (3 hour roundtrip) to have my car serviced here! I have other Ford options closer to my house but Gary Yeomans Ford, Daytona Beach, are the best! Love dealing with Gary Boyle and his team! Wonderful customer service!

The free service (oil change and tire rotation with car
The free service (oil change and tire rotation with car wash) I had with the vehicle ran out on Sunday, November 17, 2024. They are closed on Sunday and I was there on Monday to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The guy that checked me in asked if I had the service plan and I said yes. I didn?t know that it had expired the day before, nor did the guy tell me. Instead I was told I owed money after the service was done. You?d think they could have honored the service plan and inform me that going forward that I would be out of pocket for the service.. on top of that it took almost 2 hours. I have bought every vehicle I?ve owned from Gary Yeomans, and after this experience and several others I won?t be buying anymore from them.

I drove to the Quick Lane to get an oil change and tire
I drove to the Quick Lane to get an oil change and tire rotation. It took a few minutes for someone to come out, but he was very pleasant. There were many cars in the quick lane and he did say it would be about 1 hrs. I had brought some lunch, because I knew I had to wait. After I was there about an hour, my phone rang with an Orlando number and I didn?t answer. He left a voicemail saying he was Vice from Gary Yeoman and that he needed to talk to me about my car. So I called back thinking something was wrong. He says he noticed my car in the quick lane and wondered did I know about the cash back or something on a 2024 Edge. I asked him if he was kidding me. I was there for an oil change, not to buy a car. He said that?s fair. I was there another 2 hrs before my car was done. The guy called and asked me if I wanted to use my Ford Pass points on my total and I said yes. He was kind enough to ask if I wanted him to drive it through the car wash, but I declined as it was 5 pm at this point. I don?t appreciate being harassed to buy a car when I come for an oil change. If I had wanted to buy a car, I would have went to the buy section, not the service section. I have appreciated the service I have gotten from Gary Yeoman. They went through the warranty process this year to repair my car and did a fantastic job. My car has a brand new motor and I simply came to change the oil and rotate my tires. I don?t need a new car.
