Called before to get price of part. Part was 170.00 they charged me 432 for part and same for labor. 3 bolt hold part on the air ram. Final bill 1200 bucks

I went in with a slow leak in my tire.
I went in with a slow leak in my tire. After the mechanic in Quick Lane saying he couldn?t find anything and 4 hours later, they changed the valve stem. I went home, next morning, low pressure again. Within 90 seconds of me spraying soapy water on the tire, I found the issue. My service advisor Charlotte is wonderful and got me in with no issues, however the kids in quick lane either need to be better trained , or vetted properly at hiring.

I was having pinstripes put on my mustang, I waited 5 and
I was having pinstripes put on my mustang, I waited 5 and a half hours for a 2 hour job, was told it was almost done, then they finally told me it was not finished and the person working on my car screwed up the stripes. Had to reorder the stripes and my car was finally picked up and stripes were put on correctly. They then texted me saying it was finished and would contact me shortly on when it would be dropped off, after over 2 and a half hours of waiting, I contacted my salesman Kris (who is awesome) and he got me the information I needed.
