Recall appointment made at my convenience. Excellent transportation provided with ride to and from my home after leaving car for service. Everton, in service, and Steve in transportation were more than helpful. Overall, Yeomans service is A1.

As soon as i met salesman Nick S I knew I was in good hands. He showed so much patience with my ?old lady? questions. He helped me pick the right vehicle for my wants and needs. The rest of the crew made the whole experience easy peasy. I would recommend this dealer to anybody.

When I dropped my car off the advisor and I discussed a

When I dropped my car off the advisor and I discussed a few things that I needed to have looked at, I left and went to work and never heard anything. I called to see if my car was ready first they told me they didn?t have anybody by the name that I gave them for my advisor, which was the correct name, when I asked the advisor when he finally got on the phone if they checked or changed the wheel bearings he said he had no idea what I was talking about that he never said anything about wheel bearings It was obviously a miscommunication, but he was kind of rude about it, and he never even called to tell me that my car was ready and I needed to make a transportation arrangements to get back to pick it up from my job.

The crew at the quick lane are definitely out to earn your business. Vincent was very polite and helpful. Isaiah the mechanic was excellent, he listened to my issue and found a solution quickly. Todd the manager made sure I was satisfied and even gave my truck a quick detail. Gary Yoemans is one stop shopping for all your needs. Friendly people in all departments.
