SCAMY SCUMMY CAR SALES TACTICS, plain and simple.

SCAMY SCUMMY CAR SALES TACTICS, plain and simple. This dealership only sells cars to stupid people. From the first contact they played me. The guy who I went to see "wasn't available", so they pawned me off on someone else. After driving the car that I was initially interested in I mentioned that I was going down the road to the mercedes dealership. The young guy I had been pawned off onto said that he would go and get the car since the dealerships are owned by the same people. He came back without the car and never closed the loop, just sort of ignored us so we left. I called back a couple days later and left a message with the guy I was originally supposed to see. He didn't call. Back and yet another person got involved. She wouldn't budge on any of the junk fee nonsense like some certification they had already done, lol. She also wouldn't itemize what the different fees were for. I was once a commercial lender who did warehouse lines for car dealerships, so I know all the tricks and nonsense. They must just think everyone is a mark right out of the gate. Don't fall for it. These people are the worst of the worst.

This place ripped us off.

This place ripped us off. The first red flag that I ignored was Bryan, one of their got Sales reps lied to me and when I caught him lying, he said nothing he says, has any truth to it. ? Brett, Who is a floor sales manager, Was the other guy I dealt with on the sale. They said they were gonna give me $2500 for the trade-in. They then hid in the paperwork that they only gave me $1000. I went back and talked to Brodi, who is supposedly the branch manager for Sales, He said he would get back with me and take care of it. Of course he never did. The bomb shelf for them is that I have a daughter turning 16 and I plan on buying her a new car in October. These cars are obviously idiots and treat people differently because they think they don?t have money. I only finance the card to build my credit by buying a new car with cash probably at Toyota.

Service is always the same, top notch. Car picked up at my home, routine maintenance performed at dealership and vehicle returned to my home, mission accomplished. 5 stars!
